Pengembangan Desain Produk Sepeda Motor Listrik Menggunakan Metode Pengintegrasian Kano Model dalam Quality Function Deployment (QFD)

ABSTRAK
 
 Sesuai Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia No. 55 Tahun 2019 mengenai Kendaraan Bermotor Listrik Berbasis Baterai memunculkan bertumbuhnya industri dan produk kendaraan bermotor. Sebagai suatu inovasi yang masih baru, tentu sangat membutuhkan berbagai macam kajian agar ini benar-benar dapat diterima konsumen, sehingga produsen harus menciptakan berangkat dari voice of customers pada akhirnya menjadi handal bermuara profit industri.
 Dalam Penelitian berjudul, “Pengembangan Desain Produk Sepeda Motor Menggunakan Metode Pengintegrasian Kano Model dalam Quality Function Deployment (QFD)”, mengupas penggunaan pengintegrasian ke (QFD) dengan matriks House (HOQ) kita menemukan hampir semua atribut memiliki nilai gap negatif (kecuali bodi display odometer) menandakan bahwa atribut-atribut sepeda motor listrik ada belum memberikan kepuasan terhadap konsumen. sedangkan hasil klasifikasi menggunakan metode Kano, diperoleh 25 masuk kategori penting. Antara lain 8 Must-be, 5atribut One-dimensional, 7 Attractive, serta 5 Indifferent. Untuk Indeffrent dihilangkan karena tersebut tidak pengaruh tingkat pemilik motor. Dari integrasi sampai tahap 3 (quality process) output memperhatikan Ranking Priority Technical Contributions (%). Diperoleh upaya perbaikan perlu diprioritaskan oleh pabrikan meningkatan kontribusi tertinggi Process adalah (baterai) penuh 60 menit (kecepatan proses charging) 18,1%,peningkatan kualitas (daya simpan) baterai 17,0%, kolaborasi asosiasi (memperbanyak charging stations) 14,0%, (peningkatan kerjasama dengan) Swap Battery Company 11,6%, material alluminium alloy (sebagai bahan rangka) 5,6%. Tapi secara umum disimpulkan hal terpentinga pengembangan di sisi peningkatan tahan daya baterai.
